Privacy notice — HomeCheff Growth
HomeCheff Growth is part of the HomeCheff ecosystem operated under the HomeCheff brand by Arrias Beheer B.V. (Vlaardingen, the Netherlands). This page describes how Growth processes data in Production. It does not claim worldwide legal certification. Ecosystem Privacy Policy: homecheff.eu/privacy.
1. What Growth processes
- Account identity (email, name where provided) via HomeCheff authentication / SSO.
- Billing and subscription metadata via Stripe (HomeCheff does not store full card numbers).
- Lead-workflow data you create or save in Growth (searches, saved leads, lists, notes/tasks where enabled, archive state).
- Workspace / team membership where team features are enabled.
- Affiliate attribution cookies and referral identifiers when you use affiliate links.
- Optional analytics (Google Analytics 4) only after you accept analytics cookies — see Cookie notice.
2. Lead information — important limits
Growth helps you discover and organise commercial prospects. Records may include company information, business contact fields, personal data where present, user-entered notes, and provider-sourced listing signals. Saved and archived workspace data stays with your account workflow.
A lead is not a guaranteed customer. Information can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Having a record in Growth does not automatically mean you may email, call or message that prospect — you remain responsible for lawful use under GDPR/AVG, ePrivacy and direct-marketing rules that apply to you.
Growth does not claim that every lead is “GDPR compliant” for every outreach use case. Growth does not currently send bulk marketing messages on your behalf unless a specific outreach feature is enabled and described as such.
Data-subject requests (access, correction, deletion, objection): contact support@homecheff.eu. Requests are handled operationally via support; dedicated suppression tooling may follow.
LEGAL_DECISION_REQUIRED / LEGAL_REVIEW_RECOMMENDED: controller vs processor roles, legitimate-interest assessments, and a DPA for B2B customers require specialist counsel.
3. Retention, deletion, billing records
Cancelling a subscription ends paid entitlement at period end; it does not by itself wipe account data, lead history, or projects. Billing and accounting records may be retained as required. To request account/data deletion, contact support@homecheff.eu. We will not promise immediate total deletion where legal or security obligations require retention.
4. Subprocessors (operational map)
- Stripe — payments
- Hosting / application platform (Vercel and related infrastructure)
- Database hosting for application data
- Google Analytics 4 — only with analytics consent
- Authentication / SSO within the HomeCheff ecosystem
Contractual DPA status per vendor: UNKNOWN unless separately confirmed — do not treat this list as a signed subprocessor schedule.
5. Contact
