FAQ — HomeCheff Growth
Answers summarise Production behaviour. Legal detail lives in Subscription Terms, HC Credits Terms and Privacy. This FAQ does not create new commercial rights.
What is HomeCheff Growth?
HomeCheff Growth is the GROW layer of the HomeCheff ecosystem: a lead-discovery and follow-up workflow product for finding and organising business prospects. It is not a guarantee of customers or revenue.

What kinds of information can appear in Growth?
Growth may involve company/business listing signals, business contact fields, personal data where present, information you enter yourself, and data from configured external sources. Saved/archived workspace data is stored for your account workflow. Categories can overlap — treat contact fields carefully.

Does having a lead in Growth mean I may contact them?
No. Availability of a prospect record does not automatically create permission for email, phone, SMS or other marketing. You remain responsible for lawful outreach under applicable privacy and ePrivacy/direct-marketing rules. Growth is a prospecting/workflow tool; it does not send bulk outreach for you unless a specific outreach feature is explicitly enabled and documented.

How can someone request access, correction or deletion of lead-related data?
Email support@homecheff.eu with enough detail to locate the record. HomeCheff handles requests operationally via support. Automated suppression tooling may be expanded later; until then requests are processed manually. Accounting/security logs may be retained where required.

Is affiliate commission the same for Marketplace, Growth and Studio?
No. Affiliate is ecosystem-wide as a capability, but economics are product-specific. Growth V1 uses a 50/50 split on Growth plan base price. Marketplace uses its own fee-share rules (not a universal 50%). Studio does not currently run a Studio affiliate payout programme. Never assume one percentage everywhere.
What is a lead?
A lead is a prospect record you discover or save in Growth (business / contact signals available in the product). A lead is not a guaranteed customer, sale, or conversion.

Are lead details guaranteed accurate?
No. Listing and contact signals can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Always verify before outreach. HomeCheff does not warrant third-party listing accuracy.

Who is responsible for GDPR / AVG compliance when I use leads?
You remain responsible for how you use personal/business contact data under laws that apply to you (including GDPR/AVG and direct-marketing rules). Growth provides tools and notices; it does not certify that every outreach use case is lawful in every country.

Which Growth plans exist and what do they cost?
Live monthly plans (ex VAT display may vary by checkout): Starter €39, Pro €79, Business €199, Enterprise €399. Limits (monthly leads, saved leads, searches) are shown on Billing. Prices may change with Product Owner approval — checkout shows the price you pay.

How do HC credits work on Growth?
Paid Growth plans grant monthly HomeCheff Credits (HC) according to the live grant table (for example Starter 2500 HC / month). HC are platform credits — not cash, not withdrawable money. Subscription HC are PLATFORM_ONLY where the wallet rules say so. See HC Credits Terms.

Can I cancel? When does access stop?
Yes. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid period (cancel at period end). You keep paid access until that date. After the period ends, paid entitlement ends. Cancel from Account → Billing (or Stripe Customer Portal).

What happens if a renewal payment fails?
No new HC grant is issued for an unpaid invoice. A short grace period may apply while recovery is attempted. Continued non-payment can end paid entitlement.

How do refunds and disputes work?
Refund and dispute handling follows HomeCheff commercial Terms and Stripe processes. Spent HC and wallet adjustments may require manual review. FAQ does not invent automatic refund rights beyond published Terms.

How does Growth affiliate work?
Growth affiliate V1 is live as a 50/50 gross split on the plan base price for referred Growth subscriptions, with a 12-month commission window and a 30-day attribution cookie. Self-referral / fraud rules apply. Marketplace affiliate economics can differ — do not assume one universal percentage everywhere.

What does “Iedereen eet mee” / “Everyone gets to eat” mean?
It describes HomeCheff’s opportunity architecture: CREATE (Studio), SELL (Marketplace), GROW (Growth), PROMOTE / EARN (affiliate where product rules allow). It is not a promise of income, customers, leads, or sales.
