HomeCheff Credits (HC) Terms

1. Nature of HC

HomeCheff Credits (HC) are digital ecosystem credits for eligible HomeCheff product use.

HC is not legal tender, not e-money as a customer cash deposit product, not a bank account, and not a promise that HC can always be exchanged for cash.

2. Purchasing power

For eligible buyer marketplace spend where HC purchasing power is advertised, 100 HC = €1 purchasing power.

That statement describes in-product purchasing power only. It does not mean HC is withdrawable cash.

3. HC classes

PLATFORM_ONLY HC is granted with many subscriptions and platform offers. It is for eligible platform/service actions and is not marketplace HC_ONLY spend unless expressly reclassified by a separate program.

MARKETPLACE_ELIGIBLE HC may be spent on eligible marketplace checkout flows when those flows are enabled for your account/listing.

Restricted or organization-funded HC may only be used under the rules of the issuing program.

4. Grants and cancellation

Subscription HC is granted when the corresponding invoice is actually paid, at most once per paid invoice.

Failed payments do not grant HC. Successful recovery of the same invoice grants the cycle amount once.

Legitimate HC already granted is not automatically removed merely because you cancel at period end.

5. Sellers

Sellers do not receive cash merely because a buyer spent HC. Eligible seller settlement is calculated from marketplace order economics and fee snapshots, then paid only through the platform payout process when authorized and funded.
